By accessing or using Shonen Hosting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Shonen Hosting provides game server hosting services, including but not limited to Minecraft server hosting. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Not use our services for illegal activities
• Not attempt to disrupt or compromise our infrastructure
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Prohibited Content

You may not host content that is illegal, infringes on intellectual property rights, contains malware, or is used for DDoS attacks or other malicious activities.

5. Payment Terms

Services are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Service Level

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard.

8. Limitation of Liability

Shonen Hosting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
