We offer a 48-hour money-back guarantee on all new server purchases. If you're not satisfied with our service, request a full refund within 48 hours of your initial purchase.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Request must be made within 48 hours of purchase
  • This must be your first server purchase with us
  • Service must not have been used for abusive purposes

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Renewal payments (only new purchases qualify)
  • Upgrades or add-ons to existing servers
  • Services terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • Requests made after 48 hours

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team through your dashboard or email support@shonen.live with your account email and reason for the refund request.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Service Credits

In cases of extended downtime (beyond our SLA), we may offer service credits instead of refunds. Credits are applied to your next billing cycle.
